BCC to Vera
BCC keeps a copy of the message you send here. It does not capture later replies or delivery failures: those need an active mailbox connection or manual capture. Direct sends log automatically when Vera verifies the sending domain signature and finds one matching contact. Everything else waits here for one tap: your sent emails, buyer replies you forward to Vera (they count as the buyer's reply, the same as pasting it), and colleagues' forwarded emails as account notes.
